Shipping policy

Shipping within Australia

Standard shipping is $12 for eligible orders under $200 and free for eligible orders of $200 or more. All amounts are in Australian dollars, including GST. The threshold applies to the order subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping.

Dispatch and availability

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Products marked “Available to order” are not currently held in stock. You can purchase these products online, but please contact us for the current supply date, particularly if you need equipment for a specific production or event. The in-stock dispatch timeframe does not apply to these items.

For orders containing both in-stock and available-to-order products, please contact us to discuss dispatch arrangements.

Delivery

Eligible standard parcels are sent through Australia Post. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Delivery time is additional to dispatch time and varies by destination. Any delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Speakers and bulky equipment

Speakers, ISOVOX vocal booths and other products marked “Delivery by arrangement” are excluded from the standard and free-shipping offers.

Please contact us before ordering to arrange collection or obtain a delivery quote. Any delivery charges and arrangements will be agreed before payment.

Collections are by appointment only.
