About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from ARM Audio through this website. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to ARM Audio.

We supply equipment for professional, business and personal use. Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy also apply where relevant.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. If these terms conflict with those rights, the statutory rights prevail.

Product information and configurations

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability information. Screen settings may affect how colours appear, and reference photographs may show a different configuration. The selected model, variant and listed inclusions identify what you are ordering.

Please check connector types, compatibility, quantities and configurations before ordering. Contact us if you need assistance. This does not limit our responsibility for product descriptions or advice we provide.

Configuration tools help you select equipment. They do not replace any assessment or coordination required for your particular production, RF environment or installation.

Prices and payment

Website prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless clearly stated otherwise.

Applicable shipping charges are shown before payment. Equipment requiring delivery by arrangement must have its delivery charges and arrangements agreed separately before payment.

Payment is required before dispatch unless we agree otherwise in writing. You must be authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Price changes apply to future purchases. We will not increase the agreed price of an existing order without your consent.

Orders and availability

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and check your order before submitting it.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we identify an availability issue, configuration problem or pricing error, we will contact you promptly to explain it and discuss a resolution.

We will not substitute equipment or make material changes to your order without your agreement. If we cannot supply an item, we will offer a suitable alternative for your approval or refund the amount paid for that item and any associated delivery charge that no longer applies.

Available-to-order equipment

Items marked “Available to order” are not currently held in ARM stock. They remain purchasable online, and payment may be taken before a supply date is confirmed.

Please enquire about the current supply date before purchasing if you have a deadline. Supplier estimates can change. We will communicate material delays when we become aware of them.

If a delay makes the order unsuitable for your needs, contact us to discuss the available options. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Shipping and collection

Our Shipping Policy explains current rates, exclusions and dispatch arrangements.

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Delivery time is additional to dispatch time and varies by destination.

Speakers, ISOVOX vocal booths and other items marked “Delivery by arrangement” require you to contact us to organise collection or delivery.

Collections are by prior appointment. If an order is delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, contact ARM Audio so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated, taking into account the order’s status and any work already undertaken.

Any proposed cancellation charge for a change-of-mind request must be disclosed and agreed before the relevant order is placed. We will not apply an undisclosed cancellation fee.

This section does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Returns, faults and warranties

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request a return or obtain assistance with a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product.

Change-of-mind returns require our approval and are considered at our discretion. This discretion does not apply to remedies you are entitled to under Australian consumer guarantees.

Manufacturer warranties are additional to statutory rights. Contact ARM Audio for support with equipment purchased from us.

Rental enquiries

Submitting a rental enquiry does not confirm a booking. Rental availability, dates, configuration, pricing and applicable rental terms must be confirmed separately in writing.

These online sales terms do not replace a rental agreement.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website to research equipment, prepare production requirements and make legitimate enquiries and purchases for yourself or your organisation.

ARM Audio’s original website content, branding and configuration materials, together with third-party manufacturer materials, remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing equipment does not transfer intellectual property rights.

You must not reproduce or commercially exploit protected website content without permission, except where permitted by law. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or submit fraudulent information.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases from ARM Audio are transactions with ARM Audio. External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for breaches of Australian consumer guarantees or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please contact us promptly if a problem arises so we can assess it and work towards a resolution.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version applying when you place an order will continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws and rights that apply to you. Nothing here prevents you from using a court or tribunal available to you under applicable law.
